March 2008 Luncheon with speaker Joe Lisi

Our March 2008 luncheon guest speaker was film actor and retired NYPD Captain, Joseph Lisi.  Joe has acted in movies, television series and on Broadway.  He has appeared in the films, Summer of Sam, 15 Minutes, and For the Love of the Game. He has also made appearances in episodes of Law and Order, Third Watch, NYPD Blue, and The Sopranos. More recently, he has acted in the 2002 Tony Award winner for the Best Play, Take Me Out.  Joe had an illustrious 24 year NYPD career, which included his time spent as a Lieutenant Commander and Captain of the Narcotics Division as well as the Commanding Officer of the17^thPrecinct.
